      Pros

      Very positive and friendly work environment, excellent quality of the products, recognized by the market, company with a coherent strategy. Personal aspects and values are considered in the career plan. You may have growth opportunities for your career every 3 years average.

      Cons

      Leaders of the company are almost 100% French. Although you may have opportunities to grow every 3 years, you must show interest for it.

      Pros

      open, friendly work environment, good teamwork both in department as well as with other departments, open to innovations, enough room for personal development, supportive management with eye for the human aspect

      Cons

      relatively limited career opportunities at site, out-of-date lab environment (fumehoods, benches), rather a lot of overhead.In recent years felt like almost all investments/purchases should have a clearly defined benefit, which is not Always possible when working in R&D
