      Pros

      Great learning experience for young engineers. Part time work was flexible. Lot of experienced people to answer questions and present ideas to.

      Cons

      Facility had cut back a lot of jobs due to the downturn in the economy. However, at the time this was very commonplace everywhere.

      Close knit plant environment, good people, honest intentions to provide a safe work place, consistent (but very small) annual increases

      Cons

      US Management has no teeth, all the strings are controlled in France, salaries are average to below average for similar size companies, corporate personnel have no plant experience, 30+ plants are all different and there is no continuity among them
