      Pros

      Excellent technical group, with an extensive knowledge willing to share and help you grow your knowledge of the market, materials and chemistry. Great opportunities to shine and grow as a young professional. Plenty of motivation to take on new and interesting projects. Never a dull moment as every new customer brings a new technology and new challenges.

      Cons

      Poor compensation for your work. Inappropriate distribution of workload and compensation between equal level employees. Difficulties in alignment with management, marketing and sales. Technical success are often canned due to cost to move forward.

      -Old brands that against all odds still enjoy good reputation

      Cons

      -Lack of leadership -Old school viscious and uninspired management -No planning, no vision and no clear business path -The good o'boys club in managment positions, regadless of their qualifications

      Started off OK; then went downhill quickley

      Pros

      Learned a great deal under the original company (Lucidol); met some great people.

      Cons

      Let go after 23 years; no thank you, sorry, nothing. Felt discarded; last manager was difficult to say the least. There was never any follow up when lay off occured; temporary at first; then 4months later made final. No compassion.
