Supportive staff, willingness to work towards development and chartership.

Cons

Despite my professional development efforts, securing memberships, taking on significant internal roles, and consistently exceeding expectations for our clients, these actions have rarely resulted in any meaningful increase in my compensation. In reality, my current salary is materially below market rates by about £10–15k, considering my region, responsibilities, and years of experience. Arcadis’s proposed solution is for me to pursue an internal promotion if I wish to receive a pay rise.

Great office ambience. Good salary also comes with annual salary review. Hybrid set up is absolutely great plus free breakfast every monday (so if your RTO is monday your lucky)

Cons

Sometimes are work too overwhelming but definitely it's up to you how you handle and manage your time and priorities. You need to be proactive if you want to be promoted.
