Pros

Excellent work/life balance. Can work compressed hours (5 days in 4) which is the most important factor for me. Pays more than the larger firms. Softer culture which is always a good thing.

Cons

I prefer the larger organisations. Many more development opportunities, more clients, more of a global reach.
