Support at every level, leadership cared about my success, and were patient with me through my growing pains.

Cons

Roles can be very skill specific, in rural area's, but not completely impossible. Some leaders can be unrealistic when it comes to the role, but that's the industry of Talent we're in. It's been the same everywhere I've gone.
