The work culture is great and my hours have been great and you get good recognition and work is interesting.

Cons

Pay is quite low for cost of living but higher than other design consultants so more of con for industry than Arcadis.

very unorganized company and there has been many rounds of nationwide layoffs causing for lots of stress in the office
