Pros

Genuinely great teams and coworkers. Project managers are often excellent and supportive. Some projects are interesting depending on which team you land on. You can learn from experienced people if you're paired with the right group.

Cons

Salary and benefits are well below market; the company is noticeably stingy on compensation. Culture is strictly heads-down work with little social or team engagement, so burnout and boredom hit fast. HR is unhelpful, often unprofessional, and lacks the knowledge to actually support staff. Limited growth and recognition make it hard to justify staying long-term.
