Pros

Flexible working hours, good people to help you around, and above all plethora of different projects to work on.

Cons

Low salary, no differentiation between a Masters and a Bachelors degree at the entry level, not very challenging work, bonus is a scare commodity here

Very Good for Senior Level Engineers

Pros

Senior Level Engineers seems to get more exposure on Varied Projects. Working environment is very flexible and stress free. Pay is decent.

Cons

As an entry level engineer what you end up is only with report compiling. If you are ambitious this is definitely not your place.

Pros

People are friendly and often helpful. Managers tend to be very understanding about time off. The company philosophy is extremely family friendly, family first. Great health benefits.

Cons

There are not many cons. One huge one though is the lack of training and clear upward mobility for support staff. Many talented people are underutilized.
