Great ability to share knowledge across the company between different offices and exposure to excellent and exciting projects which can help boost your career.

Cons

Communication from executive management was felt to be patronising amongst employees. Opportunities for professional development, aside from the important exposure to great projects, such as courses and trainings, was zero.

Pros

Clients aren't abused and definitely get the care they need, as long as the management cares enough to enforce it.

Cons

Management delegated almost all job duties to subordinates and makes us do their jobs for them, hired and promoted friends only, no communication between site workers and main office managers, resource management and lack of training occasionally borders on illegal, zero accountability so everyone abuses the system, quality of HR details (paycheck disbursement, etc) is abysmal. Don't ever be on call.

Cons

Slow to utilize new technology. Senior management bogged in stale mentality. Tiny budgets, oppressively high billable goals. Missing international communication.
