      Tons of opportunities for people that learn quickly, have diligence, are professional, and maintain open lines of communication to the project team. Diversified work. Countless resources to reach out to for help on pretty much any project you work on. Paid overtime (in the form of straight pay).

      Cons

      Large company with focus on the numbers (billability). Company structure pretty much emphasizes devotion of your life to work. Limited vacation days. Billable metrics (aka amount of time required to spend working on client specific projects). Rigid promotion scale, doesn't matter what people around you say about you drive/motivation/work ethic, it comes down to billable metrics.
