Progressive employer, flexible work environment, remote work program, not a face time culture, more about what you accomplish, great benefits program. International work. New CEO is working to turn things around and its a great opportunity to be a part of something awesome!

Arcadis offers a diverse number of services (engineering/environmental/buildings) which allows for the ability to learn a great deal from staff.

Cons

The continual reorganizations and organization changes. As soon as you get up to speed with a management organization, etc., changes are made. Its hard to gain momentum.
