IBI lifers - some are still here trying to keep it together

Cons

EVERYTHING. Nothing is better since the acquisition. ERP = Oracle disaster IT = they have NO PROCESS for ordering a MAC and people have been waiting over 6 months for a new machine Sales = took the 'seller / doer' model and tried to drop in sales people who are clueless. FAIL Pay = 3.5% MAX increase per year. regardless of whether your biz unit did better than everyone else. etc. etc. etc.

Flexible working…..and that’s it !

Cons

Poor senior management in Rail with no clear direction and failure to adapt to changing market conditions. Disconnected offices and lack of collaboration. It’s such a large organisation that some senior management don’t even have a clue what your role is! Ridiculously complex promotion processes. Senior management and HR not interested in resolving grievances. Company are absolutely obsessed with ‘billabilty’ Very aggressive and questionable redundancy processes.
