Very flexible with working hours, excellent work life balance, great team culture.

Cons

Time to hire ( i.e. from initial contact to making an offer) could be a lot quicker. Setting client expectations could be streamlined better, i.e. giving the client a better indication of the current competitive market in regards to salaries and lack of skilled hires etc.
