Cons

Pay scale grows slowly and growth opportunities are limited. The company is so large now and the centralized corporate management are difficult to deal with. They don’t respect tenured employees. Resulting in a revolving door of staff year to year.

Pros

People First core value has been practiced in our department. Management isn’t able to power trip that much and bully their subordinates. Growth in the company has been encouraged - I have been exposed to numerous regions, systems and tasks which is great. Company provided budget for clubs for specific personal interests (photography, running etc). Initiatives for sustainability and improvement of life has also been implemented.

Cons

Compensation & benefits aren’t that high. Annual appraisal is also low.
