Pros

Very enthuastic in the inital first month.

Cons

Even with such an expensive health insurance, my health was not guaranteed, their management process is very slow and unprogressive therefore it takes a long time for anything to be completed. Very difficult for english speakers to communicate with their admin team as well as management, I believe they will really struggle with any international consultants in the company due to this massive barrier as it would be very difficult for them to look after anyone. When requested help to source accommondation in France, their management fails to provide suitable solutions whilst thinking its a hassle to do this for their consultants. The company is too inexperienced and young to handle foreign expats into their homeland, the entire process is too difficult for every employee/ consultant without french to handle.
