Pros

Global organisation meaning exposure to complex issues to solve and great experience to have on a CV Great people with good experience to learn from

Cons

Understaffed and low salaries for the scale of the roles and amount of responsibilities / pressure that comes with the role, resulting in poor work/life balance

Pros

Very easy to look good

Cons

Weak Leadership who rely too much on McKinsey's ridiculous ideas. In 2 years time McKinsey will then be reinvited in to fix their own mess with another new hot mess. Aon's target for growth doesn't make sense with the actions they take - reducing budgets & reducing headcount and demanding staff to pick up the slack left behind. "We want more from less people with less money" doesn't work. Lack of united approach - different parts of company don't work together and C-Suite Leadership don't step in to help drive better behaviours
