I have been working at Aon since 2022, and it has been a great place to work, especially in terms of work–life balance and overall culture. Work is recognized and appreciated, and there are remote work options available whenever needed, which really helps in managing personal and professional commitments. The organization provides decent salary hikes every year, and the leaders are approachable and friendly, creating a positive and supportive environment. Career‑oriented training sessions are arranged whenever employees request them, helping us continuously upskill and grow in our roles. Overall, it’s a supportive, flexible, and growth‑focused workplace with many more positives beyond these.

Cons

Office space is relatively small, so when you want to visit the office, you need to book a seat in advance, and seats are often already occupied. This can make it difficult to find a spot on days you prefer to work on-site. However, this is less of a concern for employees who primarily work remotely, as they are not as affected by the limited seating.
