Pros

Paul on reception Free fruits daily Nice office Great co workers (if you're willing to brown nose management) Great training on the job itself.

Cons

•Email on what you can do with the bonus you DONT get •No one in the company actually talk to eachother. • Us vs. Them mentality. (PSC vs. Admin, UK Vs Krakow) yet constantly told we're one Aon • Promotions are dangled like a carrot on a stick (get your stats to XYZ then we'll talk) • Goal posts for promotion are constantly moved. (Now you need to do XYZ to get it) • PSC have different rules to the rest of the company. (Recieving emails from the CEO about work from home full time, the tiny manager of PSC says no to this and work 2 days from home) •Will only succeed if you brown nose a certain team leader and fit in with their Clique. • Have to lie to customers to save face of company. •Never see of speak to Admin even though they're supposed to be our oracle of answers.

Pros

flexibility of work hours which starts from morning 7:30am to night 1:30am. you can be asked anytime from anywhere of the world. Cab facility.

Cons

1. Bond of 2 years which is attached with joining bonus for experienced people too. 2. No training and need to find out things yourself. 3. Need to highlight your work by mailing to all. Even people can highlight others work my showcasing it in email as their work. 4. If you are skilled in new technology then it will become waste staying in this organization as they use 3rd generation technology. 5. Old employees will block progress of new employees. 6. HRs are unreachable and no one can listen to your issues 7. Long notice period. 8. loose your mental stability if you try to understanding how people work here. In all, don't join thinking that you will progress and have flexibility in working from home. you will end up working more from home than getting stuck in traffic while going to office.
