Good people. Good resources. Fabulous clients. Interesting network. Reasonable work/life balance. Unfortunately the pros didn't make up for the lack of career path potential

Cons

Once you are in a position you are there and won't move further. There is no career path and people always leave in order to grow and move up the ladder.

Pros

Good onshore Colleagues; very good for a fresher for getting better exposure in the earlier years.

Cons

A very stubborn and unfriendly HR since mid of 2012. A handicapped attendance system where the leader is so cunning to eat up the employees salary to show in his appraisal to get promotions for him even if they come to their workplace but could not mark attendance. A very stupid rule of this office of it's own. No Stability - Things change very frequently. They call employee emotions calling it as they need to mature and put their concerns into basket.

- Dynamic work environment - Better than average benefits... for a large corporation - Room to move - vertically and horizontally

Cons

- Has it's some political downfalls - Will take longer to increase compensation than in other "riskier" professions
