Pros

Some departments offer flex-time scheduling, work from home opportunities, and/or travel opportunities. Generally, there is not much micro-managing, although it may depend on the manager.

Cons

There is not much of a team atmosphere. Aside from work-related interaction, there is hardly any socializing or interactions.

Pros

For those still young in their career, Aon is a terrific place to work. Many opportunities for advancement and heavy emphasis is placed on human capital.

Cons

I can think of nothing bad to say regarding Aon. Their business in virtually recession-proof (businesses still need guidance (Aon-Hewitt) and most big businesses almost always place importance on risk solutions).
