Pros

None to mention, other than good exposure to large, complex clients/accounts which forces you to learn via a sink or swim company attitude

Cons

Top heavy Old "boys/girls club" No development, investment or training for new hires Poor communication, misguided direction Management lie and falsify information to trick employees into staying and keep their confidence low Lacks professionalism Min to no raises, unless you're a conformist (i.e. brown noser) or fight nail and tooth

Pros

Descent salary. Perks if you are an Account Specialist or Account Executive (carriers taking you out to lunch, happy hour, dinner, or an event). Lenient schedule. There's a small gym in the building.

Cons

No commuter benefits. Most unprofessional environment that I've ever worked for (think over grown fraternity). Inequality with workload distribution. Lack of leadership.
