Pros
Good onshore Colleagues; very good for a fresher for getting better exposure in the earlier years.
Cons
A very stubborn and unfriendly HR since mid of 2012. A handicapped attendance system where the leader is so cunning to eat up the employees salary to show in his appraisal to get promotions for him even if they come to their workplace but could not mark attendance. A very stupid rule of this office of it's own. No Stability - Things change very frequently. They call employee emotions calling it as they need to mature and put their concerns into basket.
