Great people, supportive team, great benefits. Loved working with my manager who was a great person and brought a wealth of experience to the table.

Cons

A bit disorganized in the sense of IT and onboarding. When I started working there I was left to my own devices to set up my phone, computer and other technology. Could have used a bit more support in that department.

One of the few companies interested in developing young candidates for future leadership positions.
