Pros

Your work experience will be awesome as you are not bounded to sit at your seat at all times you can have as long brakes as you want as many time as you want once you are don with your job. Your managers will not force you to stretch your work hours nor burden you with excess of work load.

Cons

you may have some disputes with transport condition.

Management shows little respect for most employees In the service center unless they are new hires. People largely feel undervalued.

The company as a whole is good to work. There are some opportunities in order to move up, but there should be more outreach to minorities.

Cons

Not enough diversity throughout the company. Aon needs to ensure that the playing field is equal to everyone and that there us a support system throughout the company.
