international, empowerment, learning opportunities, Aon gives you the experience to broaden your horizon and invest in your future by offering a broad range of roles within their organisation throughout their portfolio of companies

Cons

working at aon can be tough in a soft market where insurance premiums go down and clients tend to be focussed on price, goal is to convince clients to not look for price only, but consider alternatives such as cover, limits et cetera

I am part of this organization from last 5+ years which is the longest tenure that I served in any previous organization and credit goes to wonderful environment offering continued growth prospects and excellent conditions at work.
