Every large size organisaro on will have issues related to implementation and it take some time to make extreme changes.

Global company in many different countries. Easy to transfer from one location to another in the United States. Great flexibility with working hours and a great work and life balance

Offices in the different countries do not share work. Management does not communicate effectively with staff. Pay rate is basic

The pay could definitely be more competitive. There is a lot of high turnover of newer employees.
