Pros

A good MNC with great benefits

Cons

Well let me be honest here if you are hired for their project Tyche then do yourself a favour and choose some other organisation not sure about other businesses and products but this is a sinking boat to start from workplace a clear discrimination amomgtst onshore and offshore colleagues shown by upper management, HR is pathetic not at all interested in doing or helping you they are scared of onshore colleagues and can throw you under the bus to save themselves without any thought, well about management ohh don't get me started, this is the most pathetic organisation to work with playing games and hiring and firing people like anything not a MNC pure startup culture for this project lot of politics right from the top till end. Friendly advice choose some other organisation even offering less money I am sure you will be happy there atleast not hanging with the threat all the time this is not a MNC , Aon has acquired this startup to make some money only and is not bothered if tyche is running their own management its own laws and processess and despite knowing everything they are not saying anything to them. Pure mismanagement I don't know if upper management is aware of this or not.

Pros

Great place to learn. Large opportunities for growth, great exam program, Work with the best. Kind, emotionally intelligent colleagues

Cons

Terrible work life balance, there is always more work than staffing hours. Requests after hours and for day of turnaround, lack of respect for study time, As you move up it gets worse. You'll work many weekends. Subpar pay. Company raises have been bad for a decade. Company never pays a full bonus. When taking into account all the extra hours worked it is even worse. Toxic clients, everyone will have at least one.
