Growth, management is now much better, the pay can be good

Cons

There are a few bad apples still left at the company that run down the morale. If you don’t know the history, it’s like an elephant is in the room all the time snd you don’t know until you know… by experience if something invisible that you can’t describe

Working to renewal deadlines, can cause late nights leading up to a big insurance renewal

Stunning new Dublin office, Gym/treatment room, onsite cafe, breastfeeding space, neurodivergent work area good WLB and flexible hours very diversity-friendly, worked with some really nice people over the years Decent benefits; pension, fully paid health insurance etc min 25 days annual leave, increasing with service Great communication and excellent employee support from HR dept

Now that I've left the company, realising Salaries are not at all competitive compared to the current job market
