Pros

Remote or Hybrid option although it’s mainly hybrid with 3 days required in office

Cons

Only two options for hours worked and that’s 9-5:30 or 12:30-9 and if you are a new hire for Aon Integramark, it’s probably the latter. It’s hard to get hours changed.. been waiting for months with no real response. The communication from upper management is terrible and the client which is Synchrony, is just not helpful and it feels like I’m working for a scam company although it’s not. It makes me feel terrible coming to work. There’s no overtime or bonuses.. and they really don’t care about anyone but the client. (synchrony) and it’s hard to move around or up.. no room for advancement

Pros

Big name but that’s all there is to it. Nice to get the name on your CV and leave

Cons

Poor pay in comparison to the competitors. I was actually poached and glad I left.

Pros

The people are great and the culture is amazing

Cons

management does not exist, there's no transparency. Management are too comfortable and they get away with bad ethics and behaviour. Extremely Bias in upper management. would not recommend working here
