Pros

Hybrid & flexibility in working hours

Cons

Everything. Anyone who dances, sings, and says 'yes sir' in everything the management says will get promoted. Those who work hard and have higher potential will be rejected because they don't have a bootlicking personality. Toxic Management and bullying colleagues. Join if you can take loads of therapy later on.
