For HR professionals the role represents a gateway to increase HR prowess and skill sets.

Cons

No Work Life Balance. Unreasonable inflexibility pertaining to PTO and Sick days usage. It feels like an act of congress is required just to get a day off or even few hours of a day off.

I really don't have many pros The company was a learn as you go kind of place it was very frustrating trying to learn things

Cons

Scheduled adherence was pretty hard they were strict on that No training There was no helpful managers
