Lots of opportunities to try different types of tax returns, deal with many clients, and get to practice reviewing as an experienced associate

Cons

Starting with a new client can be confusing as there aren’t really systems in place to teach people joining the engagement. It seems there are too many clients that no one has time for making sure the whole experience goes well, for clients and employees.
