Some nice people. Associate stick together

Cons

Long hours which is expected however managers also expects you to stay longer than them. So say you're an early riser, and you get in at 7am but your managers dont get in until 12pm, dont expect to leave before they do.

-extremely flexible, especially now with WFH. They realize everyone has other things they need to take care of like kids and pets. -hire ups really care about you and your future in the company -busy seasons aren't as bad as other places -competitive salary

Cons

-not a lot of work during off season, but I guess that's the time to take your vacation

Great people, lot of opportunity for growth, increasing flexibility with work-life balance

Cons

Long hours (as expected). Groups can get pretty cliquey in the office and some managers play favorites - playing the politics game is necessary.
