Not a bad first job, but not for a law school graduate

Great people in my entry class, however, I did feel a division between Associate, Senior Associates, Directors, etc.

Cons

Very busy during the busy season and very slow outside of the busy season. If you are hired as an associate you are mostly, if not entirely doing accounting work. There are not many opportunities for consulting work at entry level.

Upper-level management over-utilize their position and show it during every opportunity. That is respectable, however it often feels over-bearing.
