Great coworkers. Interesting work. The partners are very involved and get their hands dirty too. The firm is growing. Many opportunities.

Cons

Long busy season hours, but thats not really a con of the firm. Thats an industry wide thing. The works needs to get done and you learn a lot though.

the people are great, the pay is competitive, snacks are free, and meals are often provided.

Cons

The practice management team is the worst I've ever dealt with. They micro manage down the smallest detail, even so much as to ask to note where you'll be if you're away from your desk for longer than 5 minutes.
