Pros

Hybrid and work from home positions

Cons

Unsupportive managers who act like they care but are really only interested in you hitting your targets, unsubstantial "you'll figure it out on the job" training, terrible shift patterns that they tell you will improve over time but they never do, they will also claim in the beginning that there's so many opportunities to progress or move into different departments but it never materialises
