Pros

Pround of the Brand and they treat their employees well. The offices are nice and they are also very loyal to their customers, they care about their product.

Cons

Our office is not in New York so we usually hear things later than we should. Communication between departments is not always good, more effort should be taken to make other areas aware of goals and focuses to avoid unnecessary work.

Work-life balance is strong. Good collaboration with colleagues. Positive working environment. All employees are treated with fairness and respect. Despite a difficult year, overall employee morale remains strong.

Cons

Pay is less than at comparable companies. Not a true meritocracy. Poor speed in decision-making.

Focus on leadership development and the quality of the people. The brand and customers are outstanding especially for a marketer. The internal alignment helps keep the organization moving together.

Cons

Financial Services are challenging in this environment. Budgets are tight. But when things turn around this will continue to be a great place to work.
