      Good place to work if money isn't your #1 goal

      Pros

      Good opportunity to shape your own career Decent work/life balance, although it's been declining recently The company is filled with really smart people

      Cons

      Who you know is more important than what you know Salaries are significantly lower than other similar businesses (i.e. Chase or Citi) Technology-wise, the company feels very old.

      Pros

      Great work life balance within certain departments. Friendly people. Pay/benefits were pretty good.

      Cons

      Too much politics. Not enough communication from VP and above to managers. If you're not one of the favorites, you don't get recognized for your hard work. No accountabilty from dept. leaders for their mistakes.

      Not enough technical exposure as an intern, But the stipend made up for it ;)

      1. Brand Name - Quite helpful if you plan to pursue MBA at some point of time. 2. Benefits such as pick and drop from home for employees is available.

      Cons

      1. Being from a technical background, You might not find the quality work you are looking for. Most of the work involves support , hence , you gain minimal knowledge in technical domain.
