Pros

Salary was decent Benefits were good

Cons

Constant politicizing and polarization creates a hostile work environment for those that don’t align with the company’s pushed political ideals. Numerous instances of public humiliation and disrespect. An absolute disregard to outside obligations to family. Little to no training. Rude, arrogant, untrustworthy, and dishonest management. Absolute disregard for legitimately mitigating safety issues. Lack of concern for associate wellbeing. Honestly a disgusting company that has only gotten as far as it has due to American consumerism.
