Pros
A company with a good brand value but not a substitute for a career.Its good if you are looking for a job for a short term with less pay.
Cons
The attitude of the higher management is biased and opportunistic.They do not know what it is to treat some one fairly. They are on a look out to take advantage of any slightest hesitation you show in saying no.The work culture seems to have too many loopholes from interfering/judging the personal decisions,opinions and way of life of the employee to trying to take maximum advantage of the interns that joined in.The management is hardly interested in the issue's employee's have and they are least interested in any new innovative idea's or feedback from them.
