Pros

The pay is good compared to smaller companies but don’t rely on total comp because the bonus and/or RSUs significantly drop in later years.

Cons

The biggest con is commuting five days per week. My manager has reminded us multiple times it has to be all five days and I haven’t tested out how flexible that is. It’s also team roulette. I had a team that was great that really valued work like balance and flexibility and took care of the whole person. Then I moved to a different team where everyone is working almost double time and the workload doesn’t slow down.

Pros

Good opportunities within the company. Good place to enable international relocation to any country worldwide

Cons

There’s too many people and limited work. Everyone seems to be in a survival mode fighting for work or too busy glorifying small projects
