Pros

Very accepting envrionment, able to be yourself.

Cons

In the Business Org, still saw a lot of "only the higher-ups have enough experience to make the decision". Lots of my team warning that a problem was happening, then management still being suprised when it happened.

Pros

Don't know why so many people dis this company. I found it a very good, fast paced, environment and very fair management management practices. You can excel if you choose. Managers are pretty responsive to suggestions and complaints. Health Benefits were great. If you're young they provide training for you to learn other career options at their expense (after 1 year of service). Good career starter.

Cons

Too much overtime required during peak and prime days. never >60hours.

Pros

Competitive pay, free Prime, competent employees.

Cons

There are fewer frills than I hear about at other tech companies, but I guess it is less tech and more retailer.
