Pros

Biggest pro is how easy it is to get into Amazon Fulfillment services. There's no interview, and as long as you tell them what they want to hear on the personality review, you'll get a warehouse job.

Cons

Lots of mandatory overtime, dusty work environment, little freedom, you can't take your phone inside the facility, sometimes the expected production rates are unrealistically high, and it can be both boring and stressful.

Pros

Benefits are good. Hours are available.

Cons

The warehouse I was in had no AC and was often 95 degrees or more and had no running water; the bathrooms were out side trailers. Your 15 minute break includes the 3minute walk to drop off your cart and 3minutes back to you work area. Their is so many manager you often get told by one your doing great and by another your not working to standard.
