Cons

The people. A lot of teaming up and gossiping in the team that creates mean girl energy. Feedback is very creative as it is not based on your job performance or numbers, it is ONLY based on what people say behind your back (which is most of the time false/invented). Lots of uncontrolled jealousy coming from senior associates if you are young and likeable ( you will get reported about things you have never done just out of jealousy). A very unprofessional team.

AlphaSights provides a very high base salary and bonus structure which is very generous. They also give you the platform to grow into managerial roles at an early age if you work for it
