      Pros

      - Decent salary for a graduate job - smart and friendly cohort co-workers - you will make friends immediately as everyone dislikes the job and company - private healthcare - clear company structure - very international - decent name on CV

      Cons

      - monkey work - they hire smart graduates from good schools by letting them think they are actually part of a research project, but it is instead a basic sales job (if not telemarketing), cold calling and chasing hundreds of people per day. Nothing wrong with that per se, but not if expectations were set differently - you will be put on a PIP plan if you do not hit the insane target goal during your probation time - they hire people on visas and do not care for their livelihood

      - Amazing people, they really hire based on EQ and it shows -Fast paced and steep learning curve, good at giving added responsibility to keep push yourself - Great way to learn client contact - Business accumen and high level understanding for multiple markets and industries - Build a good network

      Cons

      - Essentially a sales role where you have to meet targets which is not made that clear when applying - If you are not naturally driven by that you will feel like you are harassing people however good monetary compensation if you like sales - Long hours with limited work life balance, expected to be reachable way before and after work hours (need to be in office 8.30-6.30 but most people stay longer) - Micro management, as they only promote from within the culture is amplified with little influx from people who have other work experience and can add other perspectives
