      Pros

      Very young, dynamic company with a great company culture, including firm and team events, and a good group of friends. Your work with clients offers you an interesting perspective on different markets and industries. Develop your communication and sales skills

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers struggle with people skills, leading to micromanagement. All employees have the same bonus target, regardless of segment or role. This has resulted in a very poor retention rate and high turnover. Office hours extend from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and often beyond.
