Pros
Young/intelligent/kind coworkers who you can trauma bond with, good snacks, fun happy hours, and a clear path for promotion. Good compensation for those with liberal arts degrees. Even though the salary is enticing, a ton of it went to my therapy bills. A common theme is that you'll learn what you ~don't~ want in a job.
Cons
This job is incredibly demanding and mentally exhausting. The company targets bright, recent graduates and operates on a high turnover model, relying on new hires to train their replacements. Around half of each class of associates leaves within their first year. You'll face constant criticism from your manager, get yelled at by so-called "experts" (including threats, sexual harassment and personal attacks), and get calls/emails/texts from clients at all hours.
