      Surrounded by strong, ambitious people in all teams that are also a ton of fun -- seen across client service and specialist teams. You're coming to work each day with people that become your friends. Offering is continuing to evolve rapidly which should keep AlphaSights at the forefront of the industry. There are some extremely smart people entering the senior ranks that emoby the best values of AlphaSights, which should give confience to many across the firm.

      Cons

      This is a place for people that want their career to be a main part of their life and are ambitious to grow quickly in their career. If you're looking for a role that's a clean 9-5 or a complete separation between work life balance, then you're going to hate it. You won't have a direct barrier between your work day and your non-work day. For many, this is perfectly fine and definitely does not prevent you from having a full life. I work a lot but still do so much outside of work with friends, family, and experiences -- however, for some, they want that extremely clear split which they won't get at AlphaSights.
