Professional developments in your first few years can be great if leveraged purposefully - the company prides itself on this and heavily invests resources to help managers / senior leaders upskill junior employees You need to stay the for at least a year or so to really see its results - the soft skills you have developed here make you successful in this career and also sets you up for success with other positions

Evaluation structure is kind of kindergarten ish. Managers love making little colorful charts and drawings to tell you why you won’t be paid more
